Most users with Saml-based SSO integration with Azure do not experience any problems, but if some employees receive an error similar to the one below when logging in, it means there is something missing in your Azure configuration. For SSO integration, you need to include this user in the Feedback4e application you created on Azure. Contact your IT personnel responsible for Azure configuration and request that the user you define on Feedback4e.com be also defined in the Azure Feedback4e SSO application.
