It is possible to rate in two different dimensions.
- Performance (Business Results)
- Behavior (How results are achieved)
If you wish, you can evaluate in one dimension and ensure that only performance (business results) is evaluated.
If Manager rating was used in the setup for the period, the scores of the goals evaluated by the manager for his subordinate employees in the Business Goals module are transferred to the Performance Evaluation module. Scores of business objectives can be calibrated by the manager in the Performance Evaluation module and their average score is reflected in the "Performance" score. Or, the manager can score the business goals for his subordinate employees directly in the Performance Evaluation module and the average score is reflected in the "Performance" score.
