After this screen, you can create a new cycle and add it in the questions section, or you can change it by accessing the settings of the cycle you have previously created.

Peer evaluator settings are only active if a question is added to the "questions to ask peers" section in the questions section of the performance cycle settings.
Don't forget! Only evaluators (managers) can request feedback for appraisees (employees).
