When a performance or feedback period is created, it is done according to the organizational structure of the employee's manager at that moment. Changes you make later in the organization and employee profiles will not trigger an automatic update in the setup prepared with the old organizational structure. If you want to reflect the organizational change in the active period, there are 2 options below.


  • You need to change the employee's evaluator on the term reports page
  • If you create a new term, the most up-to-date evaluator list will be prepared.
