E-Mail Update


Why should every employee have a unique email address?


Each employee account must be assigned to a unique email address that is not available in the company account. This includes active/passive users. If you can't add a new employee due to an "already existing email address", make sure no active or inactive employees are using that email address. You can reactivate the deactivated employee or change their email address. To change your e-mail address;



When you follow the steps More > Management > Employees > Update E-Mail, you will see this window.



You can send the invitation e-mail by entering the user's "New E-Mail" address. The user can log in to his account with his new email address and old password.
