You can update employees individually as well as collectively. It is possible to update the users to be updated via Excel file, as is done when adding bulk employees. So how do we do this?
More > Administration > Employees > Add Employee > Add Bulk
Open the page.
In your Excel file, add the e-mail address and the information to be updated in each row of the employees you want to update. The system will not update the fields you leave blank.
It is mandatory to enter the email address for each line. The system finds each employee in the Excel line by matching them with their unique e-mail addresses.
You can start the batch update by adding the Excel file you have prepared with drag and drop.
